Château Franc Mayne is one of the oldest wine estates in Saint-Émilion. We welcome you to share the history of our estate and discover our technical expertise in production. Take the opportunity to visit our barrel cellar nestled in our underground quarries before tasting 3 vintages with commentary by our sommelier

Star Fish Tour

The Franc Mayne tour supplemented by an in-depth visit of the quarry tunnels, specially lit by scenographer Eric Le Collen, well-known for his recreation of the Battle of Castillon. This tour reveals the importance of the asteriated limestone plateau (rich in fossils, including starfish!) and an evocation of regional history with a presentation specially designed for the site.

The tour ends with a tasting of three wines from the estate.

Private Star Fish Tour

After exploring our vineyard and discovering our know-how, we invite you to discover our 5 acres  of underground galleries. Throughout this experience, you’ll be able to admire the work of the stonecutters, magnified by the sound and light effects of renowned scenographer Éric Le Collen. The tour concludes with a wine tasting with commentary by our sommelier. You’ll analyze 3 vintages from the estate, including one over 10 years old.
