Free Tour & Wine Tasting

You can go freely to the estate, without an appointment, from April until the end of September, from Monday to Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 1 pm and 2 pm to 6 p.m. Tastings of two wines will be offered.

We invite you to discover the marked walking tours in our vineyard, which will allow you to discover the history, the terroir and the commitment to the future: eco-responsible viticulture, in conversion to organic farming.

Guided tour and tasting at Château Bellerive in Valeyrac

The visit will take place at:

Château Bellerive, 1 rue du Huit Mai 1945, 33340 Valeyrac

Situated in an authentic vineyard in Médoc, Château Bellerive witness of a recognized know-how and its exceptional terroir charms us by its familial environment, its gravitational tank room of the 19th century, and by its delightful cellar with barrels and small ovoid tanks.

The tasting will lead you to the discovery of the subtle balance of the wines of the château, which reflect the love of the owners, committed to a traditional and reasoned approach, aimed at preserving the fauna and flora that shelters the Médoc terroir. Find here all the Médoc grape varieties and their history: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Malbec.

Visit and tasting from Wednesday to Friday at 11am, 2.30pm, 4pm and 5pm.

Visits at 11am can be followed by a picnic.

Lunch - Picnic

Every day from Monday to Saturday, from april to September, we offer a guided visit of the estate at 11 am followed by the tasting of 2 of our wines and the distribution of pinic baskets between 12 and 12:30.
You will be able to taste LOUDENNE AOC Médoc,
LOUDENNE AOC white Bordeaux and LOUDENNE AOC Bordeaux rosé and local products of quality such as duck rillettes, foie gras and “medaillon landais” (composed for 50% of duck foie gras the other50% being duck and porc meat plus poultry liver egg, salt pepper and spices.) Goat or ewe milk cheese and of course a fresh baguette. A bottle of LOUDENNE wine-red or rosé- will be suggested to the gourmet to go with lunch.
In order to ensure the visitors a pleasant and comfortable moment we have placed picnic tables by the river and for those who wish to picnic in the grass, you will be offered a picnic cloth.
A digestive walk will also be proposed after the meal. There are signed paths to guide the visitors through the vineyard.
Discovering it through regional products is a wonderful way to give in to the beauty of the location.

Visit, Tasting and Picnic Lunch at Château Bellerive in Valeyrac

From Wednesday to Friday (April-September season) on reservation, we offer a guided tour of the property at 11am, with the tasting of 2 of our wines, then the distribution of picnic baskets at 12h-12h30.

You can taste our wine Château Bellerive, Château Valeyrac and Malbec by Medoc and taste quality regional products: duck rillettes, foie gras or Landes medallion, goat or sheep cheese, not to mention a fresh baguette in the morning and the sweet note brought by Noissetines of the Médoc () and/ or shortbread at the Fleur de Vigne, artisanal production very famous in the region. A bottle of wine will be offered to accompany the lunch.

To ensure that visitors have a pleasant time and are comfortably seated, we have set up picnic tables and for those who wish to picnic in the grass, picnic tablecloths will also be offered.
